Job Details:

• Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract, Contract to Hire, Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc)
• Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H-1B Transfers Bench Recruiting H-1B Transfer/OPT/CPT Proficient in using Job Boards.
• Works with team members to help identify contacts for sourcing of qualified candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategy and comprehensive recruitment planning and effectively work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.
• Maintain a strong database of candidates for future requirements.
• Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required.
• Excellent written and oral English.
• Line up Candidates for Interviews and build a strong database.
• Report Generation, Resume Formatting, and Job Posting.
