IT System Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Administration and support of Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning systems.
• Provide functional and technical support to end-users for assigned systems.
• Drive conversations and partner with users to completely understand user operations, anticipate needs and pursue efficient solutions through application configuration and deployment.
• Break down high level requirements into functional and technical specifications, create user stories, test cases and acceptance criteria
• Analyze, document and test program development, logic, process flows and specifications.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in supply and demand management.
• Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planningis a plus.
• Experience with Logility Demand Planning and Allocation is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL, XML, Java, Linux, Web Services, API a plus.
• Strong skills using Microsoft Excel to analyze data.
