Jr. Scrum Master (Mentorship & Placement)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and promising Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding the development of our products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. As a Scrum Master, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, for implementation of projects using Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct Scrum events
• Coordinate with the development team to remove impediments and track delivery
• Facilitate meetings/discussions with multiple integration teams
• Business analysis and requirement elicitation skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
