• Ability to work under pressure while managing many projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Advanced knowledge of excel - pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other key functions.

• Basic software knowledge and skills.
• Basic knowledge of a programming language.
• Understanding of databases and networks.
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as BluePrint.
• Stakeholder analysis.
• Cost-benefit analysis.
