Job Description :
- Lead Scrum team for application development and maintenance
- Run sprints, daily stand up meetings, lead/educate team on agile process
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across Scrum team
- Elicit, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders
- Manage the activities, user stories, tasks, and deliverable of releases throughout the Agile SDLC
- Manage and lead multiple teams and stakeholders

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Educations: MS/BS,CS/IT/MIS/MBA
