Job Description :
Requirements:
- Manage the day-to-day operational support to define, design, and deliver systems analytics and reporting services.
- Manage ServiceNow data and analytics team requests and assign resources.
- Analyze large data sets and identify areas of improvement; establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.
- Work with a variety of reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Oracle BI to develop dashboards and visualizations.
- Responsible for strategic alignment and portfolio management and oversight.
- Represent enterprise IT projects/programs.
- Provide data for internal and external audits.
- Manage the teams Knowledge Management System in ServiceNow for all data and reporting services.
- Prepares and presents briefings and portfolio updates.
- Expand and develop analytics and reporting services across underserved business/programs.
- Mentor junior data analysts and interns.
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
- Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools and operating systems.
- Machine learning experience.
