Lead Data Analyst

Requirements:

• Manage the day-to-day operational support to define, design, and deliver systems analytics and reporting services.
• Manage ServiceNow data and analytics team requests and assign resources.
• Analyze large data sets and identify areas of improvement; establish quantitative and qualitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes.
• Work with a variety of reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Oracle BI to develop dashboards and visualizations.
• Responsible for strategic alignment and portfolio management and oversight.
• Represent enterprise IT projects/programs.
• Provide data for internal and external audits.
• Manage the teams Knowledge Management System in ServiceNow for all data and reporting services.
• Prepares and presents briefings and portfolio updates.
• Expand and develop analytics and reporting services across underserved business/programs.
• Mentor junior data analysts and interns.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages.
•  Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools and operating systems.
• Machine learning experience.
