Market Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

• In collaboration with the Head of Market Data, manage exchange entitlement reporting.
• Maintain real-time data and rights management catalog and partner with technology teams to drive automation.
• Lead data use case due diligence initiatives, identifying savings and optimization opportunities.
• Working closely with the Head of Market Data, managing select data provider relationships.
• Conduct data sourcing initiatives and, in collaboration with Legal, manage the contracting process.

 Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing market data at a buy- or sell-side firm or an exchange.
• Experience reviewing contractual agreements and understanding commercial terms.
• Strong analytical capabilities; ability to synthesize and distill large quantities of data to extract spending trends and insights.
• Familiarity with market data management systems/inventory tools.
