Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Online Chat Support Representative to join our team. As a Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through live chat. You will respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer customer questions and provide solutions to their problems through live chat.
  • Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide Product Information: Offer detailed information about our products and services to customers.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Achieve performance metrics, such as first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work with other support team members to resolve complex issues and share knowledge.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Product Knowledge: Participate in training sessions and stay current with product updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Product Knowledge: Familiarity with our products and services (training provided).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software, live chat tools, and other technical platforms.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and product updates.
