Job Description :
Experience in Order Management applications
- Working knowledge of voice Trunking products – PRI and SIP
- Working knowledge of TN porting concepts
- Working knowledge of Portin and Native transactions, ESR’s
- Working knowledge of Salesforce – Account and order creation
- Knowledge of Billing system like ICOMS or other similar billing systems
- Knowledge of SOAP UI
- Ability to read requirements and build test cases or test plans.
- Ability to create release and cycles in ALM and report progress on those.
- Ability to record, review and triage defects within the system
- Ability to identify and manage risks within the release, escalating when needed
- Good Communication Skills (both oral and written)
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
