- Experience in Predictive Modeling, Adaptive Modeling, BPM and Case Management

- Design and develop decisioning Strategies.
- Manage Proposition/Offer matrix.
- Design and manage ADM and predictive models.
- Develop Next Best Action Strategies.
- Responsible for development of agile stories as indicated by the lead.
- Responsible for making sure the changes are deployed successfully to higher environments.
- Work closely with QA team to ensure all changes are tested properly.
- Act as a mentor to junior resources.
