Responsibilities Key Deliverables
- Analysis of formability simulation and action plans.
- BIW Sheet metal Part Process and Total Quality planning.
- 2D/3D Die Design Checking and approval.
- Pattern and Casting Inspection.
- Die development progress: Tracking and Monitoring with Dies suppliers.
- Dies Try-outs and Troubleshooting.
- Static and Dynamic check and approval for Dies Buy off and Panel Quality.
- Home Line Try-outs and Dies Installation at stamping site.
- BIW parts assembly related concerns resolution in stamping parts.
Skills
- Catia/UG Software, Auto CAD working knowledge.
- Good Communication Skills (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of die costing.
- Good exposure in Try-out/Buyoff /Installation of Dies.
- Knowledge of sheet metal part handling and storage.
