Job Description :
- 3 + years of technical support experience in Windows Platform, Operating System, Virtualization, basic Networking, System Administration etc.
- Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.
- Platform (windows /Windows Azure) Skills
- Experience in Windows & Windows Azure Platform services
- Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
- Familiarity with system management tools such as SCOM
- Experience with Hyper-V configuration and administration
- Azure Platform development and deployment concepts
- Familiarity with development: tools, language, process, methods, troubleshooting
- Operating System/Virtualization
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts
Time of operation:
- This track will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster
