Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • Program Management: Direct, execute, and control all elements of the task order, including cost, schedule, and performance reporting. Serve as the single point of contact for all matters involving task order performance.
  • Technical Leadership: Oversee technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project personnel, schedules, work assignments, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and support team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant DoD, and industry standards, guidelines, and policies.
  • Proposal Support: Assists in proposal capture and development activities.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business.
  • Minimum of fifteen years of technical experience in support of programs/projects, including equipment support, system support, and programmatic support.
  • At least eight years of program management experience, including technology assessments, systems design, systems analysis, programmatic support, acquisition planning, and budget planning.
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
