Program Manager

Responsiblties:

• As a servant leader, assisting three different micro service projects.
• Examine the methods, tools, program metrics, and documentation of the software engineering team.
• Create solutions and standards that reduce scale barriers.
• Implementation and managing the Agile methodology for on going projects.
• Implementing and handling scrum frame work.
• Assist with all software project communications for team members, leaders, and other stakeholders.
• When working with broad, cross-functional teams, use technical judgment.
• Managing technological programs, including defining milestones and success criteria, allocating resources,and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Worked effectively with multiple Scrum teams both internally and offshore.
• Researched future technology and current trends to keep versed in approaches that could assist the Scrum team.
• Investigated and corrected/escalated project problems as needed.
