Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal IS audits with a primary focus on Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance.
- Collaborate with control performers and risk owners to ensure ongoing control effectiveness.
- Lead internal and external audit walkthroughs of controls.
- Document, manage, and maintain IS audit programs, procedures, and artifacts.
- Identify and assess IS risks and related controls.
- Review audit evidence, processes, and procedural documentation.
- Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with various teams to maintain compliance and control practices.
- Provide timely updates and reports to management on audit matters.
