Responsibilities: Responsible for the team to meet project delivery objectives and timelines Single point of contact for project operations Monitoring and control of project Prepare and maintain Project Delivery Plan Prepare and maintain RAID Matrix Participation in FSD reviews, UAT, Demos with Customer Periodic Status updates to execution team Delivery Manager Review of project artifacts RMS tool management Week status reporting to Governance team Coordination with onsite team architect and onsite coordinator Change Management Governance Perform quality reviews Proposal discussions and Estimation reviews for new projects
