Position- Python Engineer
Location- Austin, TX(onsite from day 1)
Description
- At minimum 10 years of overall experience
- Analyze existing code in Oracle PLSQL and convert to Spark, using Python and PySpark
- Add functional enhancements on top of Spark code
- Work with infra team for AWS cluster management
- Performance tuning and code refactoring
- Code review and do independent unit and integration testing
- Excellent communication skills – coordinate with module leads and business users
- Design document creation
- Design and system playbacks, system documentation
- Test case preparation, and provide UAT and Warranty support
