Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of the CRM solution, ensuring functionality aligns with user and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify, report, and track software defects.
- Support the implementation of QA processes and methodologies.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning and review.
- Manage test plans, cases, and scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
