1) Well trained and having sound knowledge on Salesforce platform. In-depth understanding of salesforce and its limitations. 2) Excellent Programming skills in Core Java or any Object Oriented Programming languages, HTML, CSS3/CSS, JavaScript and RDBMS. 3) Ability to do multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. 4) Expert knowledge on Salesforce Lightning Framework 5) Always update knowledge on latest technologies. Self and fast learner. 6) Knowledge of Saas/Paas (Cloud Computing), relational databases and web technologies. 7) Exemplary verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. 8) All Freshers should be Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science and Technology. 9) Should ready to work on any Technology like Salesforce - Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/Java/ .Net/ Android/ iOS.
