ANTHELA focus on Himalayan natural salt and organic seasonings. Our key retail partners include Costco and TJMAX. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our team.

Duties

• Order processing
• Warehouse inventory management
• Delivery and logistics coordination
• Accounts receivable management
• Administrative support and office operations

Job Requirements:

• Good physical health
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural environment
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Majors in STEM, Business Administration, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management are preferred.
• Chinese international students on OPT who wish to stay in the U.S. are welcome.
• The company is willing to sponsor H1B visas or assist with other pathways to obtain legal U.S. status.
