Skills and experience

• Strong experience working within the SalesForce application in administrative or development roles in mid- to large-sized companies
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com, and partner communities
• Experience with Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Apex SOQL, XML, JavaScript, Salesforce.com developer kit, controllers and triggers, Visual force, Force.com IDE, Migration tool, and web services preferred
• Demonstrated mastery of Salesforce platform and CRM concepts
• Strong knowledge of CRM-related business capabilities and processes, including Salesforce Automation (SFA) and Customer Service
• Demonstrated experience managing relationships and gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders at multiple levels (managers, individual contributors, department heads, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent projects
• Experience with Release Management and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) release processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Ability to create positive and high-performance work cultures
• Prefer experience in a regulated environment, such as biotechnology, healthcare.
