Skills and experience
- Strong experience working within the SalesForce application in administrative or development roles in mid- to large-sized companies
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Force.com, and partner communities
- Experience with Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Apex SOQL, XML, JavaScript, Salesforce.com developer kit, controllers and triggers, Visual force, Force.com IDE, Migration tool, and web services preferred
- Demonstrated mastery of Salesforce platform and CRM concepts
- Strong knowledge of CRM-related business capabilities and processes, including Salesforce Automation (SFA) and Customer Service
- Demonstrated experience managing relationships and gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders at multiple levels (managers, individual contributors, department heads, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple concurrent projects
- Experience with Release Management and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) release processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to create positive and high-performance work cultures
- Prefer experience in a regulated environment, such as biotechnology, healthcare.
