Job description:

• Establish performance objectives, carry out frequent performance reviews, and mentor team members.
• Provide technical support to the support staff, helping with complicated technical problems and escalations.
• Keep abreast of the most recent Salesforce features and products to effectively lead the team.
• Supervise the handling of intricate technological problems, guaranteeing prompt and efficient resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science.
• At least 4+ years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• 3-5+ years of experience working with SFDC, HTML/CSS, and Salesforce Lightning.
• Proven expertise in code repositories, release management, and continuous integration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
