• Strong Hybris Commerce Cloud Technical Development Expertise
• Experience on Hybris core Architecture and Cockpits
• Strong Tech Design skills in Hybris Commerce Platform – B2B and B2C scenarios
• Experience in Hybris Commerce B2B and B2C Accelerators
• 4+ years Hybris eCommerce, 6+ years web-based applications in JAVA
• Hybris Commerce Cloud implementation experience is highly desirable
• Strong Hybris Data Hub skills
• Hybris CPQ experience is good to have
• Experience in Java, J2EE, HTML, JSP
• Experience in Spring Framework Web Service SOAP & REST skills
• Search configuration, indexing, patterns
• Proficiency with Eclipse Multi-Site and Multi Country Implementations
• Cron Jobs Experience
• CSS and JQuery Experience with JavaScript, JAX/JSON and JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of Best Practices in all areas of eCommerce including Catalog Management, Product Merchandising, Inventory Availability, Shopping Cart and Checkout, Order Management, Search and Guided Navigation, SEO, Personalization, Gift Registry, Returns Management, Customer Service
• Ability to articulate and communicate solution scope, timeline, and benefits with client stakeholders
• Hybris Commerce Certification a plus
• Strong inter personal communication skills
• Strong client facing skills
• Experience working with offshore teams and different time zones
• Ability to travel to client locations as needed
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with strong presentation skills
• Good experience working in an onsite-offshore model
• Good presentation and meeting facilitation skills
