POSITION:SAP S/ 4 HANA SD/ CS Lead Location: Michigan City, Indiana Duration: long term

Description:

  • S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution and Customer Service implementation experience. One Full lifecycle implementation in S4 HANA 1809 environment is a must.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Industry projects considered a plus 
  • Good understanding of SAP SD & CS modules and be able to support the various phases of the project from Blueprint to testing, Go live and support.
  • Hands-on experience in leading the scope of consulting operations involving scope understanding, business process mapping, blueprinting, configuration, testing (unit, integration & user acceptance), assistance on the development of custom objects.
  • Skilled in handling end-user training, go-live preparation, post-go-live handholding.
  • Excellent working experience in configuration of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), & Customer Service (CS) modules.
  • Excellent understanding of key modules integration across the SAP landscape including Material & Management (MM), Finance Accounting & Controlling (FICO), Warehouse Management (WM), Project System (PS).
  • Expert Solution Architect in designing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) business process solutions, Order-To-Cash (OTC) business process scenarios, Customer service notifications and Repair Orders of different industries.
  • Configuration of SD Basic functions, Logistics and Invoicing for Repair and Warranty process.
  • Configuration of Repair Procedures in Customer Service.
  • Configuration of Replacement order document types, Repair with Warranty scenario, Repair without warranty and Paid Repair scenarios.
  • Configuration of Service Notifications, Service Orders and Repair Order document types.
  • EDI-IDOC configuration, monitoring, error handling.
  • Experience in the creation of Service Notification types and Service Orders.
  • Preparation of Functional specification documents for Enhancements and Reports. 
  • Identification of new Developments, and discussion with the Technical team for the efforts required for new Developments and communicating to the client with Developments schedule.
  • Attending weekly calls with Client and updating status for new Developments and Testing status.
  • Preparation of Integration Test scenario documents, Test scripts, Business process procedures and Configuration documents.
  • Preparation of Core Team training documents.
  • Well versed with User Exits, data conversion techniques like BDC and LSMW.
  • Good experience in Support Ticketing tools like Service Now and Remedy.
  • Required Professional and Technical Expertise 
  • At least 10 years of experience in SD & CS with minimum 4 end-to-end implementations from project preparation to go-live 
  • At least 2 years of implementation or migration experience with SAP S/4HANA 1809 or any of its preceding versions/releases.
  • Team lead experience on at least 2 Full life cycle projects.
