Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Scrum Master for teams developing cloud-based SaaS products , ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies , including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner closely with Product team to maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog and align teams with business goals.
• Identify, address, and remove impediments to optimize team performance and ensure successful product delivery.
• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

Requirment:

• 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with proven success in startup environments and product companies at a 0-1 stage .
• Certified Scrum Master  or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory .
• Strong experience working with cloud-based SaaS platforms .
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks  and tools like JIRA , Confluence , or equivalent.
