Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Agile Coaching: Provide expert guidance and coaching to teams and the organization on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and values.
• Maturity Assessment: Assess the Scrum maturity of teams and guide them toward higher maturity levels at a sustainable pace.
• Impediment Removal: Identify and address or guide teams in removing impediments that hinder progress.
• Facilitation: Facilitate team discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution to ensure a collaborative and productive environment.
• Communication & Transparency: Enhance internal and external communication, promoting transparency and information sharing.
• Agile Delivery: Actively participate in agile delivery, utilizing best practices from Scrum, Kanban, or other relevant methodologies.
• Servant Leadership: Empower teams through a servant leadership style, leading by example and fostering a supportive environment.
• Scrum Ceremonies: Facilitate all necessary Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are effective and valuable for the teams.
