Responsibilities:
- Analyze business/clinical needs and requirements.
- Interpret end user requirements, discuss potential options, and help client move towards optimal solution.
- Reveal potential issues related to user requests.
- Evaluate the operational workflow that is applied to the system.
- Create system specifications from user requirements.
- Design database queries and create reports utilizing a report-writing tool.
- Proactively monitor the application and recommend improvements.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with EMR full life cycle application/system implementations, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with customers, vendors, peers, and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
