Senior Business Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Extensive knowledge of business system analysis techniques and testing methodologies - Required    7Years
• Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and development of business rules and process flow -    Required 7Years
• Proven experience with business process design, definition, and/or re-design - Required 7Years
• Experience with Business Analysis methodologies and problem-solving - Required 7Years
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) Microsoft Project - Required 7Years
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - Required        
• Experience in development of procurement-related documents including RFP and evaluation criteria - Required 5Years
• Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail - Required        
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills Proactive, quality-oriented, with demonstrated leadership and team-building skills - Required        
• Experience working for State government - Highly desired        
• Healthcare-related experience - Nice to have 3Years
• Knowledge in Creating Context Diagram and Functional decomposition - Required 5Years
