Job Description :

Responsibilities:

  • equipment related accounting and business processes to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
  • Oversee and execute timely tracking of equipment utilization, revenue, and expenses.
  • Manage and support a team of 2-3 analyst individuals that are responsible for equipment compliance, insurance, fuel inventory and usage reporting. Ensure consistent performance and support that meets the needs of the various business partners.
  • Assist with establishing policy, procedures, and controls for the operational business functions, while monitoring employee compliance.
  • Compile and analyze monthly operational reports including equipment utilization, meter readings and equipment billed hour reports.
  • Analyze and appraise equipment as needed to buy/sell based on business needs.
  • Establish rental/lease agreements.
  • Maintain various schedules (lease/rent, insurance, sales tax, property tax, etc.)
  • Assist the accounts payable team and shop foreman with questions regarding invoices, special check requests, etc. Investigate and solve potential issues with inventory, costs, etc.
  • Communicate regularly to all levels of the organization. Maintain a high level of customer service in the day-to-day interactions with the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage others while driving change within an organization.
  • Clear communication methods; both written and oral. Must effectively communicate both up and down the reporting structure as well as cross-functionally.
  • Self-motivated individual that can lead by example.
