Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Support Caremark Finance Management and interact with Underwriting and Account Management as needed.
- Manage the setup, modification, and analysis of Discount Guarantees commitments.
- Support Change Management and Process optimization strategies.
- Prepare annual reconciliations of customer discount guarantees and respond to inquiries.
- Respond to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies.
- Support Open Enrollment activities related to establishing/updating Discount benefits.
