Senior FHIR HL7 Integration Solution Architect - Integration specializes in contemporary integration architecture and best practices in the healthcare domain. In this role you will lead integration strategy and architecture efforts, and serve as a team leader in development, integration, testing, and deployment of a New FHIR, SOA, XML/JSON, REST API based service offering to enable our healthcare clients to harness the value of integrated systems strategy, needed to advance consumer engagement and experience, and optimize for operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience with three of which focused on Integration Architecture, systems integration, ESB and APIM
• At least 3 project implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of SOA/EAI technologies and API management, HL7 and FHIR – FHIR is a MUST.
• Expertise in the HL7 FHIR messaging protocol specifically the current R4 release version.
• Working Knowledge of EHR system architecture and implementation.
• Proficiency in web service design.
• Solid programming skills building SOAP and REST web services, leveraging C# .Net Framework / .Net Core, XML, XSLT & JSON.
• Strong Knowledge Authentication and Authorization, HIPPA security guidelines specifically as to how they pertain to FHIR Client and Server implementations.
• Experience of database access protocols and working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server  (writing T-SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Knowledge of cloud hosting platforms and deployment.  Experience leveraging Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certification in HL7 FHIR
• Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
