Requirment:
- Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications, Computer Science or Information Technology or any equivalent field with strong academic credentials is required.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in a networking focused second line support role.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- An ability to demonstrate a focus on attention to detail and high-quality results.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and concepts.
- Knowledge on monitoring and troubleshooting of Cisco Wireless technologies.
- Knowledge on Cisco Identify Service Engine.
Key Skills:
