Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in leading project teams through full life cycle implementations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Our client, located in Washington, D.C., is seeking an accomplished professional to fill a 12+ month contract role. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing resources, overseeing project budgets and timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Additionally, you should possess exceptional communication skills and thrive in a multicultural, diverse setting.

Key Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Over a decade of hands-on experience managing SAP projects, including S/4HANA implementations, with multimillion-dollar budgets and teams ranging from 5 to 50 members.
• Proficiency in ASAP or ACTIVATE Project Methodology.
• Mastery of Microsoft Project for comprehensive project planning and execution.
• Proven track record of managing multiple full life cycle implementations, from inception to completion.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for follow-up to ensure project success.
• A team player with outstanding leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding project teams.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience working with C-level executives to align project objectives with business functions.
• A proactive and persistent approach to managing complex projects and driving them forward independently.
• Possession of a PMP certification, showcasing your project management expertise.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects is a significant advantage.
