Senior Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the product team and senior staff to lead and define key strategic initiatives by identifying systemic architectural issues and introducing innovative design patterns that will deliver quality solutions to business needs.
• Architect across platforms to ensure the best implementation of key software systems; only develop in Salesforce when it makes the most sense.
• Lead a team of developers to complete complex projects from inception to production release; employ high standards and ensure code reviews keep to those standards.
• Ensure the future road map for Salesforce remains flexible with the ability to execute key initiatives quickly.
• Stay in tune with the product releases, product offerings and development patterns within Salesforce.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of basic object-oriented programming.
• knowledge of C# and JavaScript.
•  A strong design background.
