Senior SAP CX Basis admin

Required Skills & Experience :

• Senior CX Basis admin with 10+ years of experience in multiple SAP cloud applications (C4C, Commerce Cloud, CPQ and CPI). Multiple project experience with C4C is preferable.
• Works in coordination with SAP S4 Basis and understands the integrated SAP landscape.
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements and defining support procedures.
• Experience with Quarterly upgrade process, upgrade testing, system refresh from the production environment.
• Familiar with Integration between C4C, Commerce and S/4 HANA using CPI.
• Basic understanding of SAP Cloud Applications Studio and migration of custom development across the SAP C4C and SAP Commerce landscape.
• Familiar with standard APIs exposed by SAP Cloud for Customer Sales and Service.
• Familiar with Mashups, Web services and integration with external systems.
• Experience in supporting C4C and Commerce projects and SAP Transport management.
