Servicenow Developer

Responsibilities:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Design, develop, and implement custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include modifications of applications, forms, workflow, interfaces, and any other customization required to support ITIL processes.
• Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, configuration, customization, and scripting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Configure ServiceNow modules based on business needs and best practices.
• Perform system integration tasks with third-party tools and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations.
