Job Summary:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in Health & Safety to support client in improving workplace safety, compliance, and risk management processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•              Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

•              7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a focus on Health & Safety or Compliance domains.

•              Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, IRM (Integrated Risk Management), GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), Safe Workplace Suite, and CMDB.

•              Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

•              Deep understanding of safety regulations and compliance frameworks (OSHA, FRA, ISO 45001, EPA).

•              Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party safety management tools (Intelex, Enablon, SAP EHS, VelocityEHS).
