Looking for Software Support Engineer with 1+ year of experience. Skills Required : Unix, SQL, PL/SQL Programming Language - C, C++, Java, Power builder Oracle SQL/PL-SQL OS Unix/Linux Prior experience of ensemble CSM & Switch Control applications is preferred Ability to investigate tickets based on tables data and apply data patches to resolve customer issues with minimal oversight Prior experience of script based automation is asset Prior support experience of Wireless Provisioning platforms is preferred
