Specialist Analyst

Job Description:

Responsiblities:

• Work with Product Manager to clearly understand the partnership product strategy and roadmap.
• Develop and document requirements that clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts.
• Track regulatory changes and deadlines by partnering with our regulatory compliance team.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise and provide transition of knowledge to educate internal teams and customers.
• Work daily and effectively to balnce stress of multiple projects, conflicting priorities, substantial workload, environmental ambiguity and changing plans though self-management and productive communications with the management team regarding needs for support.

Experince:

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Software Engineering, Business, Healthcare or related field.
• 5+ years experience in Health IT, Home Health, Hospice and/or Palliative care industries.
• 3rd party certifications in Product/Project management field are preferred.

Key Skills:

• Data cleaning and preparation.
• Data analysis and exploration.
• Statistical knowledge.
• Creating data visualizations.
• Creating dashboards and reports.
• Writing and communication.
