- 4 + years of experience working with SQL and technical support experience.
- Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.
- SQL DB /Technical Skills o Experience with SQL Server or an equivalent database product – Must have.
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem solving role – Must have.
- Experience with Relational Database management systems and concepts
- High Availability: Experience/Knowledge of Windows Server Cluster Services in On-Premise environments Experience in SQL Server Performance
- Experience in Database and Server Administration
- Should able to deploy and Troubleshoot SQL Server Failover Cluster Instances etc.
- Experience/Knowledge of Windows Server Cluster Services in Azure cloud
- Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset.
- Experience in a customer facing or customer support role
