Job Description :
Requirment:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 5 years client-facing consulting, Business Analyst or Client Service experience; SaaS experience strongly preferred.
- A customer first mindset and passion for customer success.
- Experience with JIRA or other ticket based tracking systems.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and knowledge of health care terminology e.g. ACGs, diagnosis, procedure codes, accounts, transactions, claims, etc. In depth experience with healthcare data sets and/or provider network systems.
