Sr Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Full systems development lifecycle support to the design, development, test, integration, deployment and maintenance of cloud-based enterprise applications using Java.
• Desig, develop, and maintain high-quality, secure software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and implement software solutions that meet or exceed our customers' expectations.
• Support software development and sustainment throughout integration and deployment process.
• Deliver code and artifacts via the appropriate repositories within Government’s designated environment.

Experience:

• Proficiency in Java, with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
• 5 years of experience developing Java-based applications, reusable Java libraries.
• Knowledge of Java concurrency patterns.
• Understanding of concepts including MVC, JDBC, and RESTful web services.
• Knowledge of Java GUI frameworks like Swing, SWT, and AWT.
