Job Description :

You are required to have skills in the following areas:

Strong hands-on experience in development/ testing/ implementation of mainframe applications using JCL, COBOL, DB2, IMSDB, IMSDC Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical abilities Independently handle release coordination, systems analysis, and design, software development, testing, as well as production support, process efficiency improvement, performance improvement etc. Has strong experience in deploying both online and batch processing applications. Experienced in performing Root-Cause Analysis, Requirements gathering, and data analysis. Ability to work individually or within a team environment Mentoring Junior resources and overseeing their deliverables.
