Sr UI Developer

Responsibilities:

• Lead the front-end engineering and development for new and existing products, ensuring the highest standards in UI/UX
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering, Product, and Design teams to ensure technical and design alignment
• Provide technical leadership in UI development, mentoring other engineers and advocating for best practices in front-end technologies
• Work with Product Managers and Designers to translate user needs and business goals into innovative and intuitive UI solutions
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work on optimization techniques to improve the overall user experience.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on UI architecture and design collaboration.
• A strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design techniques.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
• Proven experience in driving complex projects from concept to delivery.
