System Analyst

Job Description:

• Provides ongoing production support, including troubleshooting business system issues to resolution, working with the user and system vendor or application developer; supporting system configurations and workflows; and administering internal and external user access to systems
• Partners with business unit teams to ensure they have the tools to operate efficiently and effectively. Identifies opportunities for improvements including system changes, system upgrades, and process improvements to maximize business value.
• Creates and maintains test cases; provides testing support as part of a project’s system integration and user acceptance testing. Ensures systems are functioning as expected ongoing.
• Creates, maintains, and supports business unit and system workflows, flowcharts, and other necessary documentation.
