Job Description :
Responsiblities:
- Document software defects and customer problems, using CRM and MS Team Foundation Server, and report defects to software developers
- Takes Customer calls during the day with support and participates in On-call Schedule.
- Ensure Talis products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
- Execute Test Cases and log bugs in Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
- Track and report against established QA metrics.
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
- Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Product Training for Clinical and Technical Products.
- System Topology, Device Connectivity, Integration & Interfaces, Database Tasks.
- Technical Implementation Tasks, and End User Training.
