System Engineer

Responsiblities:

• Document software defects and customer problems, using CRM and MS Team Foundation Server, and report defects to software developers
• Takes Customer calls during the day with support and participates in On-call Schedule.
• Ensure Talis products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance.
• Execute Test Cases and log bugs in Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
• Track and report against established QA metrics.
• Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
• Support holistic testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including integration, system, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Product Training for Clinical and Technical Products.
• System Topology, Device Connectivity, Integration & Interfaces, Database Tasks.
• Technical Implementation Tasks, and End User Training.
