Network Technical Support Engineer

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Network Support Engineer at Pronto Networks, Inc in Walnut Creek, with flexibility for remote work. The Network Support Engineer will be responsible for network administration, engineering, technical support, troubleshooting, and network security tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Network Administration and Network Engineering skills
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Network Security practices
  • Expert level understanding of cloud managed WIFI Networks
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Certifications such as CCNA is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
