- Demonstrated experience writing various procurement documents, i.e., documenting detailed solution requirements with emphasis on RFPs and SOWs - Required 5Years
- Demonstrated experience writing and producing complex technical documentation for IT and non-IT staff - Required 5Years
- Demonstrated oral communication skills to interact effectively with all staff levels - Required 5Years
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently - Required 5Years
- Demonstrated ability to manage the development of multiple simultaneous procurements and different timelines - Highly desired 5Years
