Qualifications:
- Experience in Technology Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- 6-8 years of experience with exposure to ServiceDesk Training in IT ServiceDesk environment.
- Should be well versed with L&D within Service Desk environment.
- Flexible with shift, willingness to work in night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills.
- ITIL knowledge/certification is a plus.
- Must be from customer support/Service Desk background.

- Mathematical skills to process complex calculations.
- Problem-solving skills to find multiple viable solutions for a challenge.
- Computer skills to use various programs for analysis.
- Analytical skills to process large amounts of data.
