UX Designer

 Responsibilities:

• Align UX designs with frameworks like Microsoft Power Apps, React, and SAP Fiori to streamline development efforts.
• Conduct usability testing to refine and optimize designs for seamless user experiences.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, brainstorm ideas, define project goals, and document findings.
• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and display ads.
• Communicate design rationale and ideas clearly to non-design stakeholders.

Requirement:

• BA in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates proven experience in in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• Proven ability to work quickly and decisively in fast-paced environments.
